When I joined Reverb, the go-to online marketplace for buying and selling musical gear, the company was about ten years old and had grown rapidly and organically. As an Etsy company, Reverb was already a well-loved platform, but my role as Head of Product Design and Research was all about scaling and maturing the product to meet the needs of our expanding community of musicians and gear enthusiasts.
